APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME

The approximate delivery times are as follows. The real delivery time depends on the local courier. The tracking status might not be updated until it is in the process of customs clearance or it is cleared by your local customs.

North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 3-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-4 weeks

*Estimated shipping days are based on deliveries to North America. For countries outside of North America, please allow for more time due to customs inspections and clearance*

PENDING TIME

Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within d 48 hours.


TAXES AND DUTIES

We currently charge sale tax at checkout. However, all customs taxes and import duties depend on the policy of the local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not receive the order and shipping confirmation email. 

If you have problems tracking your order or have any inquiries about your tracking status, please contact our support team wecare@wimsi.co within 10 days since you receive the shipping confirmation email. We are unable to appeal to the courier after 10 days of the shipment.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:

  • Look for a pickup notice left by the courier
  • Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
  • Contact us immediately at wecare@wimsi.co if you still haven't retrieved your package after you have done the above
