Wimsico Return & Refund Policy

45-Day Return Policy
At Wimsico, we stand behind the quality of our products. You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at wecare@wimsi.co. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for domestic U.S. orders only) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wecare@wimsi.co. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.


International Return Policy

For orders delivered outside the United States, Wimsico accepts returns within 45 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. To initiate an international return:

  1. Contact our customer care team at wecare@wimsi.co to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Wimsico is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment.


Additional Details

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • Store Credit: In certain cases, Wimsico may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
