Fast shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders when the merchandise subtotal is $35 or more after discounts and before tax. Paid shipping options appear at checkout for eligible U.S. carts below $35. Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days; carrier delivery estimates begin after shipment.
Delivery times to our international customers vary by country, but the average duration is 3-4 weeks.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will allow you to keep tabs on your package all the way from our studio to the final destination
Returns & Exchanges
Contact us within 45 days of delivery to request a return. If approved, send the item within 60 days of delivery. Eligibility conditions and exclusions are in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Summer Vault items purchased with the automatic Pick 3, Save 30% offer are not treated as final sale.
